Job Role: Part-Time Sales Administrator

EC Resourcing is seeking a highly organized and customer-focused individual to join their team as a Part-Time Sales Administrator. This role is based in South Cambridge and will involve working in a busy sales office.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process phone, fax, and email orders using Sage.
  • Download website orders and liaise with couriers to progress customer deliveries.
  • Inform customers of any issues with their orders and provide technical advice on products.

Required Skills and Experience:

  • Excellent communication skills, both written and spoken.
  • Mature attitude, conscientious, and able to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Previous sales or office administration experience required (minimum 1 year).
  • Own transport is necessary due to the rural location.

About the Role: As a Part-Time Sales Administrator, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, processing orders, and supporting the sales team.
