**Our Mission**

Strise aims to make a significant impact by simplifying and accelerating the process for banks to fulfill their mission of uncovering financial violations, such as money laundering. Having established trust with most of the biggest financial institutions in Scandinavia, we are now expanding into the UK, followed by the rest of Europe. Our goal is to become the global standard in anti-money laundering automation.

**The Role**

We are seeking a highly skilled **Head of Demand Generation and Growth** who will play a pivotal role in owning and managing the entire pipeline together with sales. As a strategic leader, you will work closely with the sales team to develop and implement tactics and messaging that attract and build great demand for our products. Your primary responsibility will be to target, message, and understand our customers' needs and pain points to help fill our pipeline with deals that align with our ideal customer profile (ICP) and personas.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Take ownership of the pipeline by developing and executing strategies that target our ideal customer profile, ensuring alignment with overall business goals.
  • Lead a team in spearheading a culture of continuous improvement and collaboration as we continue to scale.
  • Drive and further fuel our allbound strategy, ensuring the pipeline is filled with qualified leads, and help facilitate easier sales conversions.
  • Work closely with the sales team to ensure alignment and optimize the customer journey from lead to customer.
  • Serve as the link between Strise and external agencies, fostering a collaborative environment and driving results.
  • Focus on customer pain points and tailor messaging to address these effectively.
  • Actively engage in all aspects of demand generation, leveraging tools and technologies to drive results.

**Requirements**

  • Strong background in demand generation or digital marketing, preferably in a B2B SaaS environment.
  • Leadership: Excellent leadership and team management skills, with demonstrated experience in building high-performing teams.
  • Commercially driven: A proven track record of developing and executing successful demand-generation strategies driving 3x growth.
  • Customer-obsessed: An in-depth understanding of customer pain points and effective messaging, as well as how to sell it digitally.
  • Tools and AI: Willingness to utilize available tools, including AI, to drive results.
