About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and innovative Head of Demand Generation and Revenue Growth to spearhead our lead generation efforts and drive revenue growth at Energy Aspects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and Execute Demand Generation Strategy: Develop and implement a comprehensive demand generation strategy to drive qualified leads and revenue growth, aligning with overall marketing and business objectives.
  • Lead and Manage a Team: Build, mentor, and develop a high-performing demand generation team, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement.
  • Campaign Management: Develop comprehensive campaign plans, oversee the planning, execution, and optimization of personalized, multi-channel marketing campaigns, and manage the demand generation budget.
  • Marketing Technology: Utilize marketing automation platforms to streamline and scale demand generation efforts, staying up-to-date with the latest marketing technologies and trends.
  • Data Analysis and Reporting: Work with marketing automation/ops to develop dashboards and reports to track key demand generation metrics and KPIs, analyzing campaign performance data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with the sales team to ensure alignment on lead generation, lead scoring, lead follow-up, and lead nurturing processes, collaborating with other marketing functions to ensure a cohesive and integrated marketing strategy.
Requirements
  • Proven Experience: Proven experience in a senior demand generation role, with approximately 8 years of experience.
  • Leadership Skills: Strong leadership skills with demonstrable experience at managing and motivating a team of demand generation professionals.
  • Demand Generation Expertise: Extensive demand generation experience, with excellent skills in marketing automation and technology, content marketing, social media, and other digital marketing channels.
  • Data-Driven Mindset: A data-driven mindset with a strong proficiency in analyzing data to measure the effectiveness of campaigns, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.
  • Excellent Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills to effectively convey ideas, present strategies, and collaborate with other departments.
