We are seeking a talented and motivated individual to join our team as a Fashion Photographer Intern. As a key member of our studio team, you will be responsible for assisting our photographers in capturing high-quality images for our clients.

Responsibilities:

  1. Assist photographers in setting up and operating camera equipment.
  2. Help to ensure that all products are lit correctly and efficiently.
  3. Assist in producing high-quality images that meet our client's expectations.
  4. Accurately archive images for easy access by other departments.
  5. Prepare sets and check equipment to ensure everything is functioning properly.
  6. Meet daily and weekly deadlines to prepare for new website material.
  7. Responsible for the care and upkeep of all studio equipment, props, and supplies.
  8. When needed, assist in retouching and uploading digital images.
  9. Maintain digital asset file organization and perform quality assurance on all images.

Qualifications:

  1. A passion for women's economic opportunities.
  2. Must be a full or part-time student and working toward a degree.
  3. Must be eligible to receive school credit and commit to 2-3 days a week for 3 months.
  4. Comfortable with ambiguity and able to work autonomously.
  5. Ability to effectively present information to top management, public groups, and other groups as necessary both internally and externally.
  6. Flexible; ability to adapt to changing priorities and multiple tasks.
  7. Previous experience in a studio environment.
  8. Proven experience with digital cameras and lighting.
  9. High technical proficiency in PhotoShop, Capture One, and networked computers.
  10. Strong understanding of colour correction and image constraints.
  11. Ability to work well with a team.
  12. Detail-oriented and creative.
  13. Integrity, honesty, openness, and a willingness to operate as a team player.
