We are seeking an experienced Estate Administration Specialist to join our team at CRA Legal in Chesterfield. This is a full-time, permanent role with a salary range of £26,000 - £40,000.

About the Role:

This position involves supporting the managing of a caseload of estate projects, working closely with the Estate Director and other team members to ensure efficient delivery of work.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Supporting colleagues with the management of complex estates
  • Managing projects from start to finish
  • Drafting legal documents such as wills, LPAs, and trusts
  • Providing technical skills and support to the Private Client team

The ideal candidate will have experience dealing with wills, LPAs, trusts, and other legal documents relating to estate administration.
