We are seeking a talented HR Co-ordinator to join our client's team. As a key member of the HR department, you will play a crucial role in improving administrative processes and general HR procedures. If you have a strong background in administration or recruitment, we want to hear from you

Your responsibilities will include coordinating training administration, providing recruitment support, and ensuring onboarding and compliance. You will also work closely with the HR team to improve employee engagement and share ideas for staff benefits. Additionally, you will participate in HR meetings and contribute to the development of the department.

To succeed in this role, you will need to demonstrate excellent attention to detail and organisational skills. Experience with compliance and confidentiality is essential. While prior HR experience is not necessary, it would be advantageous. We are willing to provide training and development opportunities for the right candidate.
