About the Role

This position involves being the first point of contact for guests, ensuring a warm and friendly welcome, and providing assistance with any queries or issues they may have. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness of the front of house area, including the breakfast area, and ensuring that all safety and security protocols are in place.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring that every guest has a memorable experience.
  • Maintain the cleanliness of the front of house area, including the breakfast area.
  • Ensure that all safety and security protocols are in place at all times.
  • Be the first point of contact for guests, answering any queries or issues they may have.
  • Work collaboratively as part of a team to achieve common goals and objectives.
