Front Desk Ambassador

We are seeking a highly motivated Front Desk Ambassador to join our team at The Grand Brighton. This role will involve delivering exceptional hospitality to our guests, ensuring their stay with us is memorable and enjoyable.
The successful candidate will have a warm and personable nature, with excellent communication skills and a passion for delivering outstanding customer service. You will be the face of our hotel, providing a welcoming and professional experience to all guests.
We estimate that this role would attract an annual salary of approximately £20,000 - £25,000, depending on experience. As a member of our team, you will benefit from ongoing job-related training programs, clear paths for progression, and access to the Company Pension Scheme, Life Assurance, and Wellbeing Support.
