About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Catalogue Manager to join our team at OnBuy. As a key member of our ecommerce team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive catalogue strategy that drives business growth and customer satisfaction.

The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of ecommerce ecosystems, a passion for data analysis, and excellent leadership skills. You will be responsible for managing and maintaining our product catalogue, ensuring that it is accurate, up-to-date, and meets the needs of our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a catalogue strategy that aligns with business objectives
  • Manage and maintain the product catalogue, ensuring accuracy and up-to-dateness
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure catalogue data is accurate and consistent
  • Analyse catalogue performance metrics and generate actionable insights

Requirements:

  • 7+ years of experience in ecommerce catalogue management, with at least 3 years in a leadership role
  • Proven track record of developing and implementing successful catalogue strategies
  • Exemplary analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights
  • Excellent leadership abilities with experience managing and developing direct and indirect reports

Benefits:

We offer a competitive salary range of £70,000 - £90,000 per annum, depending on experience. In addition, you will receive company equity, meaning you own a piece of this business we are all working so hard to build.
