Mears Group, a leading provider of temporary accommodation to asylum seekers, seeks an experienced Administrative Case Manager to join its team. This full-time, permanent position offers a 40-hour workweek, Monday to Friday, with opportunities for career growth and development.

Job Summary

This role is responsible for managing all issues and complaints reported by service users through to resolution, ensuring safeguarding and Service User experience remain at the forefront of the service. The successful candidate will work closely with regional teams to identify and address potential problems, applying their IT literacy and organizational skills to resolve issues efficiently.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage complaints and issues reported by service users in accordance with established procedures;
  • Collaborate with regional teams to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions;
  • Apply strong problem-solving skills to resolve complex issues;
  • Ensure compliance with Mears Group's policies and procedures;
  • Contribute to a positive and inclusive work environment.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you should have:

  • A proven track record of working in an administration-based role, preferably in a similar field;
  • Experience working with complaints and resolving complex issues;
  • Strong IT literacy and proficiency in using relevant software applications;
  • The ability to work well under pressure, meeting deadlines and targets;
  • Excellent organizational, time management, and communication skills;
  • A strong work ethic, with a commitment to delivering high-quality results.
