Job Title: Children's Team Manager Position

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Children's Team Manager to join our team. As a key member of our management structure, you will play a vital role in ensuring the effective delivery of services to vulnerable children and families.

About the Role:

  • Manage a caseload of complex cases involving looked-after children and care proceedings.
  • Work closely with other professionals, including social workers, lawyers, and healthcare providers, to ensure comprehensive support for children and families.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve outcomes for children and young people.

Requirements:

  • Qualifications: DipSW or equivalent, HCPC registration, current DBS.
  • Experience: Minimum 2 years' experience as a qualified social worker in a children's social work team.
  • Skillset: Strong leadership and management skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work under pressure.
