About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a Registered Sick Children's Nurse or Registered Nurse (Child Branch) to provide high-quality, effective patient care in our hospice, children's homes, or the community.

Key Responsibilities
  • Plan and review care with parents, children, and young people to ensure safety and well-being.
  • Act as an advocate for the child and their family, providing sensitive, compassionate, and confidential care.
  • Maintain nutritional status and clinical skills necessary for holistic care.
  • Administer medications according to policies and procedures.
Benefits and Salary

The annual salary for this role is £34,029 - £41,360, depending on experience. We also offer a £5,000 joining bonus over three years, 25 days annual leave, increasing to 30 days with service, plus the option to buy or sell up to 5 days.

Requirements
  • Registered Sick Children's Nurse or Registered Nurse (Child Branch) qualification.
  • Relevant post-qualification experience at Band 5 level.
  • Experience in palliative care or nursing children with life-limiting conditions.
