Job Title: Paediatric Administrator

About the Role
The North Middlesex University Hospital NHS Trust is a medium-sized acute and community trust, serving over 600,000 people across Enfield and Haringey. We are seeking an experienced administrator to join our Child Development Team as a Paediatric Administrator.

Main Responsibilities
As a Paediatric Administrator, you will provide administrative support to paediatricians and other healthcare professionals in a community health setting. This will involve managing patient records, scheduling appointments, coordinating with multidisciplinary teams, and ensuring the efficient operation of paediatric services. You will also be responsible for maintaining confidentiality and applying initiative in all aspects of secretarial and clerical work.

Requirements
We are looking for a highly organised individual with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. You will have a strong understanding of Microsoft Office programmes, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and Teams. Experience in a paediatric or community setting is essential, and you will need to demonstrate a high standard of telephone liaison and organisational skills. GCSE Pass grades of C and above in English and Maths or equivalent are also required.

Salary and Benefits
The salary for this role is £31,081 - £33,665 per annum inclusive of HCAs.
