The Transformation Unit at the North Middlesex University Hospital NHS Trust is seeking a highly organized and efficient administrator to join their Child Development Team. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for providing administrative and clerical support to paediatricians and other healthcare professionals.

You will be responsible for managing patient records, scheduling appointments, and coordinating with multidisciplinary teams to ensure efficient operation of paediatric services.

Main Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative and clerical support to paediatricians and other healthcare professionals.
  • Manage patient records and schedule appointments.
  • Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure efficient operation of paediatric services.
  • Ensure compliance with Trust policies and local protocols.
  • Maintain confidentiality and apply initiative in all aspects of work.
Key Requirements
  • GCSE Pass grades of C and above in English and Maths or equivalent.
  • Evidence of continuing development.
  • At least 2 years of previous NHS experience.
  • Previous experience in a paediatric/community setting.

Estimated Salary: £31,081 - £33,665 per annum inclusive of HCAs
