About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Workflow Coordinator to join our team at Williams Lea. As a key member of our operations department, you will be responsible for ensuring seamless workflow management and exceptional customer service.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of customer service principles, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

This role requires a high level of organization, adaptability, and flexibility. You will be working closely with our clients, internal teams, and external partners to deliver high-quality services and meet our operational targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage client requests through various channels, including email, phone, and online portals.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of services and resolve any issues that may arise.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by being responsive, proactive, and empathetic.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports to track performance and identify areas for improvement.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement process improvements.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a customer-facing role or similar industry.
  • Strong understanding of customer service principles and practices.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills.
  • Ability to work in a team environment and collaborate with colleagues across different departments.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred.

Salary: £43,700 per annum (including 15% shift allowance)
