About the Role

We are seeking a highly organised Production Coordinator to join our team. The successful candidate will work closely with the Production Management team to plan and execute shoots, manage production paperwork, and ensure the smooth running of our original productions.

  • The ideal candidate will have proven experience in coordinating shoot logistics, organising crews, risk assessments, and handling production finance.
  • Able to juggle multiple projects at any one time and prioritise tasks under pressure.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Providing direct support to the Production Management team on shoot planning, logistics, and on-set support.
  • Planning shoots, booking crews and equipment, and travel arrangements.
  • Assisting the Production Manager in managing production paperwork, including risk assessments, insurance documentation, and call sheets.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a similar role at a junior level, with knowledge of production workflow and logistics.
  • Strong communication, organisation, administrative, and time management skills.
  • Ability to work with contributors and high-profile talent.

Salary: £30,000 - £40,000 per annum (dependent on experience).
