Job Description

Pharaoh Capital is hiring a Workflow Optimization Manager to lead the end-to-end management and optimization of REATIVE workflows, subcontractor relationships, and compliance activities.

This role is crucial for ensuring smooth operational processes and collaboration across internal and external stakeholders.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing workflows, resolving jeopardies, coordinating planned and corrective work, maintaining statutory compliance, overseeing subcontractor relationships, and optimizing process interfaces.

We estimate the salary for this position to be around £45,000 per annum, commensurate with experience.

Key Tasks
  • Manage workflows to ensure efficient task distribution, prioritization, and allocation.
  • Identify potential risks, resolve or escalate issues, and maintain regular jeopardy reports.
  • Coordinate planned and corrective maintenance activities to ensure timely execution and adherence to established workflows.
  • Maintain statutory compliance by documenting, recording, and easily accessing necessary evidence.
  • Manage subcontractor relationships, handling routing, updates, performance tracking, and evidence management.
  • Refine process interfaces to support seamless workflow integration.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in workflow management, operations coordination, or a similar role within a technical or compliance-driven environment.
  • Strong understanding of statutory compliance, particularly in regulated industries.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for liaising with internal and external stakeholders.
  • High attention to detail, with the ability to triage and manage multiple tasks effectively.
  • Ability to interpret, manage, and report on jeopardy and performance metrics.
  • Experience in subcontractor management, including oversight of deliverables, performance, and evidence tracking.
