Job Description
We are seeking an experienced planner to join our team as a Section Manager Assistant. The successful candidate will be responsible for updating systems, representing Section Managers at planning meetings, and supporting the administration of rosters and timesheets. Additionally, the role will involve general office administration duties for the Section Manager using a range of knowledge and skills to provide effective support.

Required Skills and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need to have work plan production and resource optimisation skills, scheduling profile in work planning/scheduling system, Core Planning Skills Level 2, and knowledge of access and possession processes and systems. You should also possess good interpersonal, communication, and organisational skills, experience of clerical support and office management, excellent time management skills, and knowledge of relevant IT systems.
