We are seeking an experienced planner to join our team as an Operational Planner. In this role, you will be responsible for updating systems, representing Section Managers at planning meetings, and supporting the administration of rosters and timesheets. Additionally, the role will involve general office administration duties for the Section Manager using a range of knowledge and skills to provide effective support.

Key Responsibilities
Your key responsibilities will include accurately updating systems, databases, and records as required, representing Section Managers at planning meetings, administration of rosters and timesheets, and undertaking general office administration duties for the Section Manager. You will also be expected to provide effective support to the Section Manager using your knowledge and skills.

Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need to have strong planning skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment. You should also possess knowledge of relevant IT systems, experience of clerical support and office management, and excellent time management skills.
