Junior Art Director for Toys

We are seeking a talented and ambitious creative professional to join our team as a Graduate Designer. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about product development, design, and innovation.
Job Description:
As a Junior Art Director for Toys, you will be responsible for conceptualising and designing innovative toys that meet our brand's quality standards. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth product development and collaborate with designers, engineers, and manufacturers to bring products to life.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and present product ideas to internal stakeholders.
- Collaborate with designers, engineers, and manufacturers to ensure smooth product development.
- Conduct market research to stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activities.
- Participate in product testing and refinement to ensure high-quality standards.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Product Design, Industrial Design, or related field.
- Demonstrable portfolio showcasing your product design capabilities.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.).
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and safety standards.
