Social Media Strategist

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Social Media Manager to join our team at AYBL. As a key member of our marketing department, you will be responsible for developing and executing impactful social media strategies that drive engagement and growth.
Key Responsibilities- Manage and maintain our social media presence across multiple platforms, including Instagram, TikTok, X, LinkedIn, Facebook, Pinterest, and YouTube.
- Develop and implement content calendars that align with our brand's overall marketing strategy.
- Collaborate with our cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of social media campaigns.
- Analyse performance metrics and provide insights to inform future social media strategies.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends and best practices to ensure our brand remains competitive.
- Manage and motivate junior staff members to produce high-quality content and execute social media campaigns.
- Minimum of 2-3+ years of experience in a similar role.
- Excellent time management and organisational skills.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Enthusiasm for the field and eagerness to learn.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
