Social Media Strategist

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Social Media Manager to join our team at AYBL. As a key member of our marketing department, you will be responsible for developing and executing impactful social media strategies that drive engagement and growth.
Key Responsibilities- Manage and maintain our social media presence across multiple platforms, including Instagram, TikTok, X, LinkedIn, Facebook, Pinterest, and YouTube.
- Develop and implement content calendars that align with our brand's overall marketing strategy.
- Collaborate with our cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of social media campaigns.
- Monitor and analyze performance metrics to optimize our social media efforts.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends and best practices to ensure our brand remains competitive.
- Lead and motivate our social media team to produce high-quality content and achieve our social media goals.
- Minimum of 2-3+ years of experience in a similar role.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple projects.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and social media management tools.
