Job Title: Social Media ManagerWe are seeking a highly organized and creative Social Media Manager to drive the development and execution of impactful social media strategies, working closely with the Head of Brand Marketing and cross-functional teams. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing social media platforms, creating engaging content, analyzing performance metrics, and collaborating with internal teams and external partners to enhance brand presence.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage day-to-day social media channels, adapting content to suit different platforms.
- Lead on day-to-day management of social media channels, increasing reach and engagement.
- Collaborate with Social Media Executives to coordinate content across all platforms.
- Ensure all content is on-brand, in the right tone, accurate, and delivered on time.
- Identify new growth opportunities by monitoring cultural trends and analyzing competitor activity.
- Develop, implement, and manage social media strategies for each platform.
- Create engaging multimedia content across platforms.
- Maximize audience interaction and engagement across multiple platforms.
- Delegate projects to Social Media Executives and conduct regular meetings to ensure all social media goals are met.
- Oversee the monthly social calendar, ensuring optimal content for brand promotion and channel growth.
- Minimum of 2-3+ years working in a similar role.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Energetic, self-motivated, and proactive.
- Strong problem-solving skills.
- Enthusiasm for the field and eagerness to learn.
- Skilled in utilizing various social media platforms.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
