Care Coordinator Specialist

The Care Coordinator role is a challenging and rewarding position that requires a professional, polite, and attentive individual to manage the day-to-day running of our homecare service. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for establishing close contact with staff, conducting regular on-site reviews, and ensuring compliance with our recruitment and selection procedures.
Key Responsibilities- Establish and maintain effective relationships with clients, service users, staff, and colleagues
- Develop and maintain good communication with clients, service users, staff, and colleagues through regular staff/team meetings
- Conduct spot checks of service delivery and frontline staff
- Use company computerised scheduling systems to manage staff and service user files
- Conduct Care Plan and Risk Assessments and draw up individual Care Plans for each service user
- 1 year of experience in Care at Home
- Drivers License with own car
- On-site parking
In person
This is a full-time position with a salary of £24,000.00 per year.
