Care Services Coordinator

The Role of Care Coordinator
We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated individual to fill the position of Care Coordinator within our team at Balmoral Health and Social Care.
As a Care Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the effective day-to-day running of our homecare service, delivered to clients by establishing close contact with staff and regular on-site review of the Health and Social Care standards.
Key Responsibilities
- To ensure the highest standard of care is delivered within the care at home sector by regularly monitoring staff.
- Liaise with coordinators to ensure the appropriate allocation of workers to meet the needs of homecare clients.
- Establish and maintain effective relationships with clients, service users, staff, and colleagues.
- Develop and maintain good communication with the client, service users, staff, and colleagues, holding regular staff/team meetings.
- To conduct spot checks of service delivery and frontline staff.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, including the Employment Compliance procedure, and maintain confidentiality.
- Collate data and maintain staff and service user files, ensuring confidentiality.
- Ensure compliance with the SSSC Code of Practice and Health and Social Care Standards for Care at Home (Care Inspectorate).
Requirements
- 1 year of experience in Care at Home.
- Driver's License with own car.
