We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate individual to join our team as an Autism Support Specialist.

Job Overview:

This role offers an exciting opportunity to work with children with autism and complex needs, providing individualized support to help them achieve their goals.

Responsibilities:
  • To provide high-quality care and support to individuals with autism, complex needs, and learning difficulties in a residential setting.
  • To work collaboratively with colleagues to maintain a safe and inclusive environment that promotes individual growth and development.
  • To engage in activities that promote social, emotional, and educational development, such as arts and crafts, sports, and outdoor activities.

Requirements:

  • A full Driving Licence and the Right to Work in the UK.
  • Relevant qualifications and experience working with children with autism and complex needs.

Benefits:

  • Competitive hourly rate of up to £36 per hour (dependent on experience/qualifications).
  • Annual Leave entitlement equivalent to 5 weeks.
