About the Role

Bright Futures Care Ltd is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Residential Support Worker to join our team in Worsley, Greater Manchester. Our home provides a supportive environment for 3 adults with autism and learning disabilities, and we are looking for someone to make a real difference in their lives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide high-quality care and support to the individuals we support, promoting their independence and well-being.
  • Support daily routines, education, and activities in the local community, ensuring a happy and engaging home environment.
  • Work collaboratively with the team to provide person-centred care and create a positive atmosphere.
Requirements
  • Experience in care would be beneficial, but full training and induction are provided.
  • A driver's licence is an advantage, but not essential.
  • Be approachable, friendly, proactive, and engaging, with a passion for delivering exceptional care.
