- Previous experience in care is desirable, but full training and induction are provided.
- A driver's license is an advantage, but not essential.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
- Enhanced Disclosure and Barring Service check and satisfactory references required.
