Key Responsibilities

  • Assist with daily routines, education, and community activities, ensuring a happy and engaging home environment.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to deliver person-centred care and achieve positive outcomes.
Requirements
  • Previous experience in care is desirable, but full training and induction are provided.
  • A driver's license is an advantage, but not essential.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
  • Enhanced Disclosure and Barring Service check and satisfactory references required.
