Position Overview
We are seeking compassionate and dedicated Residential Support Workers to join our team in Worsley. In this role, you will play a vital part in supporting three adults with autism and learning disabilities, ensuring their well-being and fostering their independence.
Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional care and support, making a positive impact on the lives of the individuals we serve.
- Contribute to a nurturing and welcoming home environment, promoting a sense of community and belonging.
- Assist with daily routines, including personal care, meal preparation, and medication administration.
- Encourage and facilitate participation in educational activities and community outings, enriching their lives and expanding their horizons.
Qualifications and Requirements
- A genuine passion for working with individuals with autism and learning disabilities is essential.
- Prior experience as a carer is beneficial but not mandatory, as comprehensive training and induction will be provided.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills are crucial.
- A valid driver's license is an advantage but not required.
- A commitment to upholding the highest standards of care and ethical conduct.
