Key Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality care and support to individuals with complex needs, promoting their independence and well-being.
- Develop and implement personalized care plans, working closely with the care team and external professionals.
- Support individuals with daily routines, including personal care, meal preparation, and medication management.
- Encourage participation in activities and outings, promoting social interaction and community engagement.
- Collaborate with the care team to ensure a safe and welcoming environment, adhering to health and safety protocols.
Requirements
- Experience in care work, preferably in a residential setting.
- Ability to work flexibly, including full day shifts and sleep-in shifts.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a patient and empathetic approach.
- Driver's license an advantage, but not essential.
