Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide timely and effective support to clients, addressing their queries and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Assist with client onboarding, ensuring a seamless experience for our clients.
  • Act as a single point of contact between clients and internal departments, facilitating communication and resolving issues efficiently.
  • Monitor and manage client limits and margin utilization, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Review and verify client Know Your Customer (KYC) information, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to facilitate trading connectivity and ensure a smooth trading experience for our clients.

Requirements

  • A strong academic background, preferably in a relevant field such as finance or business.
  • Experience in the financial industry, particularly in the FX, futures, or derivatives markets.
  • Familiarity with SQL and Python programming languages would be advantageous.
  • Electronic trading platform experience is preferred but not essential.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills, with a strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a willingness to learn and adapt to new situations.
