This provides an exciting opportunity for an experienced Application and Service Support Engineer to join the integrated IT Operations Team.

Job Description:
The role will involve working on the company's applications running on SQL systems, focusing on data correction, troubleshooting, and ensuring smooth application operation across the business. As part of the team, you will be involved in introducing Jira, getting familiar with its integration into the business, and contributing to the implementation of ITIL Service Delivery principles, written policies, and procedures. This is a challenging and varied role that requires a strong emphasis on Service Delivery and the ability to work as part of an integrated team.

Salary:
The estimated salary for this position is around £50,000 - £60,000 per annum, depending on experience. With a competitive salary and a positive working environment, CV Library offers excellent opportunities for growth and development.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
To succeed in this role, you should have a minimum of two/three years' experience working in a 2nd Line Application Support role, proficiency in MS packages, and experience of SQL. Additionally, you should possess strong problem-solving skills, excellent communication skills (both verbal and written), and experience working to SLAs and KPIs. Experience of ITIL/ITSM Service Delivery and working on a ticketing system would be highly desirable. You should also be a strong team player with the ability to share knowledge and work collaboratively with others.
