The HR operations transformation project aims to automate and streamline the work of the HR helpdesk, lifecycle, pensions, recruitment, and onboarding teams. This will enable customers to acquire timely and accurate HR advice and continue to be supported effectively.

• Develop and implement HR operations transformation strategies to improve efficiency and effectiveness
