Service Improvement Lead

We are seeking a highly skilled Service Improvement Lead to join our team as part of a wider transformation process. This role is crucial for driving business improvement and managing a diverse range of corporate projects.
Key Responsibilities:- Act as the project lead within the transformation team, ensuring effective project management and delivery.
- Liaise with key stakeholders to gather requirements and understand business needs, providing regular updates to the board on project progress and budget status.
- Manage budgets effectively, allocating resources appropriately to ensure successful project outcomes.
- Own the delivery of corporate projects, ensuring they meet set objectives and timelines, and translate stakeholder needs into actionable recommendations.
- Proven experience in project management and business improvement within a corporate setting, with strong analytical skills and the ability to translate complex requirements into clear recommendations.
- Excellent organisational and leadership skills, with the ability to work independently and drive projects forward in a remote setting.
- Strong ability to liaise with and manage expectations of stakeholders at all levels, with excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
