Regional Senior Care Assistant

At Barchester Healthcare, we're committed to providing exceptional care and support to our residents. As a Regional Senior Care Assistant, you'll play a vital role in delivering high-quality care and services across a 20-mile radius. Your responsibilities will include monitoring the delivery of care, contributing to person-centred care planning, and recording observations. You'll work closely with our residents, their families, and our care teams to ensure that every individual receives the care and support they need to thrive.

About You

We're looking for a dedicated and compassionate individual with a background in care. You'll need a good understanding of elderly care and a Level 2 NVQ in Health & Social Care. Ideally, you'll also have a C or above in GCSE English and Maths. As a Regional Senior Care Assistant, you'll be a natural leader, with a passion for supporting the wellbeing of our residents. You'll need to be flexible and able to travel across the area, either by car or public transport. We'll cover your mileage when you travel over five miles from your main home.
