**Job Description:** Dean's Office Coordinator
Aga Khan University is recruiting for a Dean's Office Coordinator to work in a fast-paced administrative environment. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support for the Dean's Office, acting as the first point of contact for the office and being contactable on phone/email outside normal working hours.
The ideal candidate will have prior experience in a similar role, preferably within Higher Education, and possess excellent communication and organisational skills. They will be able to work closely with the Dean and other members of staff under pressure and handle confidential information with tact and discretion.
**Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support for the Dean's Office.
- Act as first point of contact for the office.
- Liaise with colleagues for information required to produce reports and papers for the Dean.
**Requirements:
- Prior experience in a similar role.
- Excellent communication and organisational skills.
**Salary:** £38,000 - £45,000 per annum (dependent on experience).
