Job Title: Children\u0027s Social Worker
Job Summary:
Ashberry Recruitment is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Children\u0027s Social Worker to join our team in Lincolnshire. As a key member of our FAST team, you will work closely with families in the South Kesteven district, providing support and guidance to children in need of protection or support.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide social work services to children and families, including assessment, planning, and intervention.
- Work collaboratively with multi-agency teams to ensure the best possible outcomes for children.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with families, building trust and confidence.
- Conduct thorough assessments and create effective plans to address the needs of children and families.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest research, policies, and best practices in social work.
Requirements:
- DIPSW or equivalent qualification in Social Work.
- Social Work England registration.
- Enhanced and in-date DBS certificate.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Knowledge of service needs and ability to navigate electronic file/recording systems.
- Competent IT skills.
