We are seeking an experienced Paraplanner to join our team at Talent Finder, based in Linlithgow. As a key member of our financial services firm, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional client-focused financial solutions.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated and organized individual with a minimum of two years' experience in a Paraplanner or similar role. You will be responsible for managing complex client cases, supporting financial advisors, and contributing to the growth and efficiency of the team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage client communications and daily correspondence effectively
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date client files, ensuring seamless record-keeping
  • Process new business applications from initiation to completion, adhering to industry standards
  • Gather product information from providers, staying updated on market trends
  • Prepare financial illustrations and draft suitability reports, presenting clear recommendations
  • Manage the new business pipeline, preparing for client review meetings and quarterly progress updates
  • Conduct cash flow projections and prepare materials for client annual reviews, offering personalized guidance
