Cameron Clarke Associates is seeking a highly skilled Senior Paraplanner and Client Support Specialist to join their team in Linlithgow. This exciting opportunity offers a competitive salary up to £42,000.00 per annum.

About the Role:

The successful candidate will play a vital role in supporting financial advisors to deliver exceptional client-focused financial solutions. As a Senior Paraplanner and Client Support Specialist, you will be responsible for managing client communications, processing new business applications, gathering product information, and preparing financial illustrations and suitability reports.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage client communications and daily correspondence
  • Maintain client files meticulously updated and organised
  • Process new business applications from initiation to completion
  • Gather product information from providers
  • Prepare financial illustrations and draft suitability reports
  • Maintain the new business pipeline and prepare for client review meetings
  • Conduct cash flow projections and prepare materials for client annual reviews

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 2 years' experience in a Paraplanner or similar role
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in handling client data
  • Strong organisational and time-management skills
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • A passion for career advancement and a drive to exceed expectations
