Job Description

Key Responsibilities
- Handling daily correspondence
- Maintaining and updating client files
- Processing new business applications from start to finish
- Obtaining product information from providers
- Preparing illustrations
- Drafting and completing suitability reports
- Maintaining the new business pipeline
- Completing cash flow projections
- Preparing for client annual review meetings
Required Skills and Qualifications
The ideal candidate will have:
- Excellent attention to detail
- Good organisational and time management skills
- A willingness to learn
- Strong communication skills
- The ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
