Customer Service Representative

As a Customer Service Representative, you'll play a vital role in our Retail Customer Service team. You'll be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences, maintaining shop standards, and driving sales.

Your working pattern may include long opening shifts, long closing shifts, and shorter evening shifts, varying week-to-week. You'll work closely with the Shop Manager and team members to achieve our goals and provide excellent customer service.

  • Communicate effectively with customers, responding to their queries and resolving issues efficiently.
  • Build strong relationships with customers, encouraging repeat business and promoting loyalty.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports, ensuring transparency and accountability.
