Commercial Sales Development Associate

We are currently seeking a highly motivated Graduate Sales Trainee to join our team. As a Commercial Sales Trainee, you will receive a comprehensive induction program, covering all aspects of the business.
During your first three months, you will gain a thorough understanding of our operations, working closely with our experienced training guides. Following this, you will be introduced to your sales targets, focusing on account management and identifying new business opportunities.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong enthusiasm for sales. You will also have the opportunity to progress into a field sales position, where a driving license will be beneficial.
Our company offers a competitive salary of £30,000 per annum, an annual profit share scheme, 25 days' holiday, and a pension. We pride ourselves on providing thorough training tailored to the individual and the opportunity to establish a career with a well-renowned business.
