Commercial Development Manager

This Commercial Development Manager role is an exciting opportunity for a motivated graduate to start their career in a fast-paced commercial environment. Based in Bracknell, you will join a major distribution business and receive ongoing training and hands-on experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Leverage your skills to learn about key areas of the business, market, and product range.
- Complete supplier and sales training with external providers to enhance your knowledge and expertise.
- Manage current sales accounts, identify opportunities for growth, and maximize profitability.
- Progress to a field sales role, traveling and building strong relationships with B2B customers.
Benefits
