The successful candidate will undertake various responsibilities, including:

  • Tackling health inequalities by developing and implementing targeted initiatives.
  • Ensuring vulnerable populations have access to necessary care and support.
Required Skills and Qualifications

We are seeking an individual with:

  • A degree in Health or Social Care.
  • Experience working with vulnerable populations.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.
