Our client, a leading mortgage provider, is seeking a skilled Mortgage Advisor to cover the North West Region. The ideal candidate will have experience in new build mortgages, but not essential. As a self-employed Mortgage Advisor, you'll have all leads and admin support provided, with generous commission splits and an uncapped commission structure.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide expert advice on mortgage products and protection
  • Ensure customers can afford their mortgage repayments
  • Develop relationships with mortgage lenders, estate agents, and valuers
  • Stay up-to-date with new mortgage products and regulatory changes
Requirements
  • CeMAP qualified (or equivalent)
  • New build experience preferable, but not essential
  • Confidence in speaking with customers over the phone and face-to-face
  • Customer-focused approach to advice
  • Mortgage and protection expertise

This is an exciting opportunity to work with a market-leading brand, with a realistic first-year OTE of £70K+ and top achievers earning over £200K per annum.
