Regulatory Compliance Officer

As a Director of Quality and Governance, you will play a critical role in shaping the quality and regulatory compliance of our care homes. This role requires a strong leader with extensive clinical knowledge and excellent communication skills.
Key Responsibilities- Provide strategic direction for quality improvement and regulatory compliance across all care homes.
- Collaborate with senior leaders to enhance length of stay, increase care levels, and effectively manage nurse labor levels.
- Lead a team of Clinical Services Managers to deliver exceptional resident care services.
- Registered Nurse with a valid NMC PIN.
- Extensive clinical/medical knowledge.
- Excellent understanding of regulatory standards.
- Previous long-term care auditing experience.
- Strong planning, communication, and organisational skills.
- Up to 30 days annual leave, plus 8 bank holidays.
