Reward Specialist

Dalton Recruitment Limited is seeking a highly skilled Reward Analyst to join their team and play a pivotal role in developing, managing, and administering a robust compensation and benefits policy.
Key Responsibilities:- Support the company in developing and implementing a comprehensive compensation and benefits strategy.
- Provide key data and analysis to ensure that employee packages are competitive, equitable, and in line with market conditions.
- Manage all annual reward cycle processes, including annual pay review, annual bonus, and long-term incentive plans.
- Develop and maintain benefit provisions, including private medical insurance, pension schemes, and salary sacrifice arrangements.
- Design and implement grading methodologies and matrices to ensure fair and transparent pay practices.
- Develop and maintain key performance indicators (KPIs) for the UK business and Group reporting.
- Provide support for HR tools, including Talentsoft, SAP, and Zellis, to ensure effective data management and reporting.
- Develop and maintain policies and procedures related to compensation and benefits, including reward and recognition schemes.
- Support employee development through various program setups and monitoring.
- Analyze and review compensation and benefits programs to ensure they remain compliant, market competitive, and fit for purpose.
- Lead benchmarking, research, and analysis of compensation and benefit programs to identify trends and emerging legislation.
- 2 years' experience in a Reward/Compensation and Benefits role.
- Familiarity with a variety of reward concepts, practices, and procedures.
- Experience working with IT systems and data management.
- Enhanced knowledge and skills in Microsoft Excel.
- Ability to work under pressure to tight deadlines.
- Ability to prioritize workloads to achieve deadlines.
- Good presentation skills.
- Good interpersonal skills with the ability to relate to a broad spectrum of individuals.
- Excellent numeric skills.
- Experience with Talentsoft would be an advantage.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone to broaden their Reward experience in a semi-autonomous position and have responsibility for developing the way the organisation remunerates its staff in the future.
The position is offered on a full-time, permanent basis with four days per week based in the Basingstoke HQ and one day working from home.
