Job Description

**Job Role:** Reward Specialist

**Location:** Flexible (4 days a week)

**Salary:** £40,000 - £50,000+ (depending on experience)

As a key member of the HR Heads team, the Reward Specialist will be responsible for managing the compensation and benefits offering for the UK-based business. This role requires a highly dynamic, adaptable, and collaborative approach, with a 'can-do' attitude.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Analyse, review, and recommend changes to compensation and benefits in the UK
  • Manage job grading exercises as part of the annual cycle, using Mercer tools
  • Develop and deliver effective communication material/training documentation for new and existing programs
  • Participate in the due diligence process during mergers and acquisitions, ensuring that all relevant data is analysed accordingly
  • Ensure compensation and benefits standards comply with company policies
  • Be the system reporting expert within the team
  • Ensure administrative excellence of benefits operations
  • Support the provision of data for monthly/annual reporting, including remuneration statements, minimum wage, etc.

**Ideal Candidate:**

  • At least 2 years of experience in a Compensation & Benefits role
  • University degree or equivalent
  • Knowledge of a variety of reward concepts, practices, and procedures
  • Previous experience working with IT systems and Data Management
  • Advanced Excel skills, including Power BI
  • Good prioritisation of workloads to achieve deadlines
  • Able to relate to a broad spectrum of individuals across the company
  • Confident in their presentation skills
