We are seeking a skilled and experienced Podiatrist to join our bank team at HMP Werrington, a young offender institution located in Staffordshire. As a Podiatrist with Practice Plus Group, you will have the opportunity to work in a challenging yet rewarding environment, providing high-quality care to patients with complex and chronic conditions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide advanced assessment and treatment of patients with MSK conditions, including diabetic patients, wound management, and nail surgery.
  • Maintain accurate records and work as an autonomous practitioner.
  • Forge strong working relationships with the healthcare team and the wider Health in Justice Service.
  • Promote best practice, evidence-based care, and continuous quality improvement.
  • Share knowledge, skills, and expertise to ensure safe care and support colleagues.
Person Specification
  • HCPC registration with post-registration experience assessing and treating MSK conditions in an outpatient setting.
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills.
