Main Responsibilities

General Duties:

The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the effective and profitable operation of all Cabin Cleaning contracts. This includes providing a professional and high-quality level of service that meets and exceeds the specified requirements set out in the Contract/Service Level Agreements of all airlines.

Main Duties & Responsibilities:

  • General Duties:
    • Perform specific investigations as requested by senior management.
    • Implement and maintain quality management systems, conducting monthly quality assurance checks.
    • Manage the delivery of Cabin Cleaning Services and act as a support function for the provision of services on site.
    • Ensure compliance, budgetary control, and continuous improvement.
    • Perform monthly management reports and attend finance and review meetings as directed.
  • Financial Management:
    • Meet budgetary targets, monitoring finances daily, and setting key objectives to the team.
    • Ensure all forecasts are achieved.
    • Review cost-efficient methods of operating, managing margin improvements by means of productivity.
  • Administrative Duties:
    • Reply to customer queries in a timely manner, setting work targets for lower management.
    • Attend meetings internally and with customers, on a monthly/quarterly basis.
    • Brief, de-brief, and train in line with operational requirements across all service lines.
  • Staff Recruitment, Selection, and Industrial Relations:
    • Ensure employment records are current, perform staff appraisals, and recommend candidates suitable for future development.
    • Ensure staff are employed in accordance with the Company's employment procedures.
    • Ensure staff are trained in the duties for which they are employed.
    • Ensure staff are aware of the Company's Disciplinary and Grievance procedures and that the procedures are adhered to in all disciplinary cases.

Person Specification:

The ideal candidate will have relevant senior management experience within the Aviation sector, demonstrating success in delivering exemplary customer service. They will also have a dynamic, successful track record of transforming a business operation using excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills to motivate a large workforce to meet the needs of our customers.
